1. Who We Are


Mike Phelan Coaching Limited, Registed compnay Number 15630327 (MPC) is a UK-based sports education and consultancy business. We offer masterclasses, coaching sessions, educational content, and a curated selection of equipment and performance technology through our trusted partners, including:

2. Order Fulfilment


MPC acts as a reseller for a range of equipment and technology products. All orders placed on this website are processed by us and fulfilled directly by our partner suppliers.


This means:

  1. Products are shipped to you by the manufacturer or distributor
  2. Delivery times, packaging, and availability are based on the policies of each supplier
  3. Warranty and technical support may also be handled directly by the brand


You will be notified if any product is delayed or out of stock.

4. Pricing & Payment


All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure WorldPay gateway. Your card details are encrypted and not stored by us.


5. Delivery


Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or advised via email. These vary by supplier and product type. Tracking details will be provided where available. We will support you with any issues related to delivery, although final responsibility lies with the fulfilment partner.


6. Returns & Refunds


We offer a straightforward refund policy that meets UK consumer protection laws and WorldPay compliance standards:

  1. Physical products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging
  2. Digital products and coaching services are refundable only if cancelled at least 72 hours in advance or if the product is proven faulty
  3. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty
  4. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days


Returns may be processed directly with the supplier. Contact us first and we’ll guide you through it.

7. Coaching Services


MPC offers educational services including masterclasses, seminars, Q&As, and private sessions. These may be delivered by members of the MPC team or trusted coaching practitioners. While Mike Phelan oversees all programming, he may not be personally present at all sessions.


8. Limitation of Liability


MPC will not be liable for:


  1. Delays caused by third-party suppliers or couriers
  2. Injury or damage caused by incorrect use of products or coaching techniques
  3. Indirect or consequential loss from use of any service or product


All equipment should be used in line with manufacturer safety guidance.


9. Intellectual Property


All content on this website, including text, video, images, and branding, belongs to Mike Phelan Coaching or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent.


10. Privacy

We are fully compliant with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Any data shared during the purchase process will only be used to fulfil your order or provide services. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
